Located in Chiayi County, Koana Coffee Farm is is a coffee farm on the rise. Owner Chi-Tsang Tsai and his wife are SCA-certified roasters and cuppers, and their expertise helped their coffees to do very well in recent competitions. Currently, Koana grows around 800 coffee trees, which include Typica, Geisha, and SL34. The farm has an onsite mill to process the coffee directly.
