Owner Yu-Tsung Lo was originally a tea farmer, but his impoverished upbringing made him constantly crave for sweet and fancy products that were hard to come by during his childhood. Thus began his exploration of sugar cane and coffee farming. Years of hard work in the field have made him an expert in field management and coffee processing.
