Zhuo Wu Mountin Coffee Farm was originally a tea farm. Its coffee cultivate began in 2001, and production grew in size over the next 20 years. Its coffee farm now covers six hectares of land. The high altitude of the farm creates a low temperature environment and increases the sugar content of the coffee. Through careful selections of coffee varietals, diverse processing methods, and the usage of natural spring water, Zhuo Wu Mountain Coffee Farm produces coffee that are mildly acidic, clean, and smooth.
