Estate owner Li Hong Qi has been farming for over thirty years and started cultivating coffee in 2013. The Estate enjoys plenty of sun, heavy mist at night, and a large temperature difference between day and night, all of which translate into high quality coffee cherries that are handpicked only. The processing method depends on the weather, and the drying is always done under the sun only. Each cup of coffee from Yuan Fu Coffee Estate is a delightful gastronomic journey.
