    After harvest, cherries were fermented for two days under ambient temperature. By using a refrigerator and a mechanical dryer, the dring process was completed within 12 days.

As the head of division 12 of the Gukeng Coffee Co-op, GuKeng Coffee Berries Manor has secured the Yunlin Excellence Certification for six of its coffee products. The estate plants, harvest, and process coffee all by itself.
